Coles, a writer and trainer with more than 16 years of progressively responsible leadership in small- and mid-size agencies serving the public interest. Currently splitting her life between Germany and the States, Tammi is a native English speaker with successful experience in project facilitation, financial administration and strategic organizational development, particularly in the U.S. nonprofit sector.
